At Ready Car Paints, we want to make sure your shopping experience is simple, professional, and hassle-free!

🚚 Shipping Policy

  • Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed by 12 PM PST (Mon–Fri) are shipped the same day.

  • Shipping Methods: We ship via USPS and UPS depending on product.

  • Tracking Info: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days.

📦 Shipping Damages

  • Important: Always inspect your package at delivery.

  • If you see visible damage:

    • Refuse the shipment and do not sign the "free & clear" waiver.

    • Contact us immediately to file a claim.

  • If damage is discovered later (concealed damage):

    • Report it to us within 3 days of receiving your order for an insurance claim.

  • After 7 days (for USPS/UPS shipments), we may not be able to process claims.

✖️ Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours for a full refund.

  • After 24 hours, a restocking fee of 15–75% may apply depending on product status.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Paint Match Guarantee:

  • If you ordered using the correct paint code and your match is off, we offer exchanges only.

  • Contact us at [info@readycarpaint.com] to start your claim. We’ll work with you to get it right!

Standard Returns:

  • Unopened, unused items can be returned within 30 days.

  • Custom-mixed paint products are non-returnable unless defective.

  • You must contact us before sending anything back.

💳 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued once we receive and inspect your return.

  • Processing time: 3–5 business days after receipt.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

    • Labor or installation costs
